Motief Agency – Digital Design and Branding Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to motief.agency (“Website”), owned and operated by Motief Agency, a registered business in the Netherlands under KVK 96571934. By using this Website and engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website or services.
2. Services
Motief Agency provides digital design and branding services, including but not limited to:
Website design and development in Framer
Rebranding and visual identity creation
Advertisement creatives and marketing assets
All services provided are subject to an individual service contract between Motief Agency and the Client.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before the commencement of work.
Clients may request a full refund within 30 days of signing the service contract.
If the Client is dissatisfied with the service after two rounds of feedback, they may request a refund.
Intellectual Property & Website Ownership
Upon full payment, the website and associated design files immediately belong to the Client.
If the website is hosted on Motief Agency’s Framer workspace, Clients are responsible for paying Framer’s hosting fees if they want to use a custom domain.
Motief Agency retains no rights over the delivered work once the project is completed and transferred.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., branding, content, assets) on time to avoid project delays.
Clients must adhere to feedback timelines and project deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may request a full refund within 30 days of contract signing.
If the Client decides to terminate the project after two rounds of feedback due to dissatisfaction, they are entitled to a refund.
Refunds are not available after project completion and delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Motief Agency is not responsible for:
Issues related to third-party services (e.g., Framer hosting, Google Analytics, Revolut Business).
Security breaches or losses resulting from third-party tools used for hosting or transactions.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to project outcomes.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the EU GDPR framework. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
