Caraer was evolving from the Paige product into a more focused recruitment platform, but the product experience needed a stronger design foundation. Screens, flows, and UI patterns were being shaped at different moments, which made consistency harder to maintain as the platform grew. The team needed a system that could support faster design work, clearer development handoff, and a more unified candidate and recruiter experience.
