I’m a Senior Product Designer and Full Stack Developer with a practical understanding of business, systems, and scalable digital experiences. My experience combines design and development, from shaping UX, branding, design systems, websites, apps, and SaaS concepts to building practical digital products that bridge the gap between strategy, design, and implementation.

This page is built for employers who want more detail. My downloadable portfolio includes deeper project context, UX decisions, design process, strategic thinking, collaboration examples, and results where available.
My interests
I’m especially interested in roles where design connects closely with product, strategy, engineering, design systems, and business decisions, while staying close to clients, customers, and users ready to engage with the product.
Open to full-time opportunities in the Netherlands, preferably with an undetermined contract or a clear path toward long-term collaboration.

About me
Get to know me, my family and who I am
A designer, developer, husband, entreprenuer and father based in the Netherlands.
Outside of work, most of my life is shaped by family, curiosity, and building things. Together with my wife, Jo, I’m raising two young children, Atlas and Idris. That part of my life has made me more patient, more intentional, and much more aware of how important clear communication, structure, and trust really are.
I have always been drawn to creating things that solve real problems. Sometimes that means designing a better product experience, sometimes it means building an app, improving a website, structuring a design system, or helping a business make sense of its digital direction. I like work that has a purpose behind it, not just something that looks good in a presentation.
My background is a mix of design, development, hospitality, business thinking, and hands-on execution. That combination shaped the way I work: practical, calm, direct, and focused on making things useful. I care about quality, but I also care about momentum. Good design should help people move forward.
I’m at my best in environments where I can be myself, a comic and a high energy personality in the work environment. I bring clarity to complexity, all round dad jokes, connect design with business goals, and work closely with people who want to build better digital experiences. I value honesty, ownership, and long-term thinking, both in work and in life.
